Terms of Service

The service

Proadcast (proadcast.ing) lets you describe what you need, see products that may do it, and open one. Makers can list their products and members can write articles. These terms are between you and the Proadcast operator (“we”). Contact: Email brightiny9@gmail.com.

Your account

• You need an account to open a product, list a product or write articles. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy is required to use member features. Marketing email is optional and off unless you turn it on.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. The Privacy Policy says exactly what that removes and what stays.

What you post

• You keep the rights to what you write. You allow us to store it, show it on Proadcast and, for a need, pass its text to the product you choose to open.
• Do not post anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, other people's personal data, spam or malware.
• We may take down content or limit an account that breaks these rules.

Products listed by makers

• Products on Proadcast are built and run by their makers, not by us. We check that a product answers before listing it, but we do not guarantee what it does with your request; its own terms and privacy policy apply once you open it.
• If you list a product, the information you give must be accurate and the product must be yours to list.

Our limits

• Proadcast is provided as it is, and may change, pause or stop. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what third-party products do.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again before you use member features. The version below is the date they took effect.
